Ingredients :

  • 2 egg
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1.5 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 0.25 cup olive

Directions :

  1. Mix all pizza crust ingredients in food blender, blend until well combined.
  2. Heat frying oil in a pan until hot, then spoon the mixture into the pan and spread out into a circle shape. Top with tomatoes, cheese, basil and slice of olive.
  3. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes on low heat until cheese is melt.
  4. Serve hot immediately and enjoy.
