Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp stevia
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch instant coffee
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.66 cup whipped cream
Directions:
- Heat up coconut milk and stevia until it just begins to simmer and allow it to cool. Add cocoa, espresso and salt in milk mixture.
- Add heavy whipping cream to same mixture and whip until relatively stiff peaks form. Transfer to a serving glass and enjoy right away.
