Ingredients :

  • 2 cup chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cup salsa
  • 2 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices onion
  • 0.5 cup monterey jack
  • 2 radishes sliced
  • 1 avocado smashed
  • 4 french bread rolls cut in half lengthwise

Directions :

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, chili powder, and 1 cup Fresh Salsa.
  2. In another medium bowl, combine lettuce, onion, cheese, and radishes.
  3. Spread equal amounts of mashed avocado on each roll.
